Experience wildlife, unobstructed sunrises/sunsets and incredible night skies!
Enjoy Zion National Park which is only 15 miles away, or stay right here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the Virgin River.
Access BLM trails right from the property for biking, off-roading, etc. (including the JEM trail).
*So sorry, no pet policy is firm.
**Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard. The walkout basement apartment is very private.

Retired USAF family after 30 years living in wonderful places around the world with our 3 children (now grown). We love to hike, play pickleball, work in the yard with our dog Dixie at our feet and enjoy time with our family, friends and grandchildren.

What makes this property unique
We enjoy views from our property in every direction. We are located right on the Virgin River with direct access to the river on our personally maintained trail. The river is public property, but is almost always secluded. You may find us down there plopped in the river ourselves. People have asked us where the best place to see the sunrise and sunset is in the area and honestly, it is right here! Come see for yourself.
