Located 25 minutes from one of the world's most famous treasures - Zion National Park - is this comfortable and quiet 2 Bedroom, 2 bath home. This home is beautifully decorated and is well-appointed, with all the comforts of home for you to enjoy. Bring your mountain bike or ATV's as you are near some of the areas best riding venues.
Sleeps 6, 2 on a king Bed, 2 on a Queen, and 2 on a hide-abed in the front room sofa. 2 Flat Screen Tvs With YouTubeTV and Wireless Internet. Washer & Dryer. Modern Kitchen is Fully Equipped. Private 1 Car Garage. Hiking Trails and Mountain Biking Trails Nearby. 25 Minutes to St. George and 25 Minutes to Zions National Park.
With convenience and grocery stores right next door, this is a wonderful location for travelers that are eager to visit the breath taking scenery and hiking trails of Zion National Park.

**Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

Cozy La Verkin Home

This home is perfect for a family or small group. It was an EASY 25-30 minute drive to Zion National Park. It was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the supplies needed for cooking a meal. The beds were super comfortable after full days of hiking. Location is great with an amazing drive up coffee place and grocery store a few blocks away. There is also a park to let your kids run off some steam if needed a block away. Host was super responsive to questions and anything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

Our family loved this one. My son said 20 out of 5 stars on this one and I agree! This was a great house for our family of 5. I wish we had booked this one after our long hike on the Narrows to come back to. We did this the night before Zion and definitely the perfect distance from Zion with plenty of things nearby. Very clean. Our boys loved the ping pong table and basketball arcade hoops in the garage. When we come back this way, we'll definitely stay here again. One of the most organized and thought-out Vrbo stays we've been at.

Great Location in La Verkin, Utah

This is a very comfy house in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with manager very good and responsive. We were there for 3 weeks for mountain biking. This location was perfect for trails in La Verkin, Hurricane, Virgin area and not too far from St. George for other activities.

Great place!

Everything was super clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures! The host made sure that we were having a nice stay while we were at the home which was appreciated!
