We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect, very close to Zion and St George area. There is so much to do close to this property with minimal drive time. It’s also close to town with restaurants and groceries. The house had plenty of space and seating for all nine of us. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property!

Lovely Cottage!

What a nice stay we had! It’s a charming cottage that was clean and just darling! We had 10 people total and everyone slept very well! The beds were comfortable and the ac worked very well-kept us cool during the hot summer! The backyard was such a great place to relax at night when it cooled off outside. They had a cornhole game to play, hammocks and plenty of outdoor seating. The location is INCREDIBLE and so central with it being only 30 minutes from Zions National Park and St. George too! The owner was fantastic to work with. We have a disabled son too and the one level and layout was very accommodating for him. We are already talking about when we can stay here again for our next Southern Utah visit! Thank you Merrilee!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Zion’s Redrock Cottage! Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for our adult kids and spouses to get good sleep and to hang out during the day. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! We came with our 5 kids and felt the house accommodated us well. When we contacted the host about a very small wasp nest, they responded and came to take care of it. Definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to visit Zion or anything else local!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient to the activities we planned and there were nearby amenities and eateries to suit our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with all cookware and utensils needed to cook a variety of meals. The outdoor space was nice, with a functional gas grill and a gas fire pit table that we enjoyed in the cool evenings. The living room furniture was comfortable. The beds in the 2 main bedrooms were comfortable as well. The 3rd bedroom contained a full-size double bunk with w pull-out trundle, and a full size sofa sleeper. My adult son stayed in that room, and it was not comfortable for him. On the 3rd night he decided to put the trundle mattress on top of the sofa sleeper to make a bed comfortable enough for a full-size adult.A few concerns kept this from being a 5 star experience: non-functional living room fireplace and garbage disposal, dingy, stained bath towels, dirty dishes found in the cabinets, necessitating running all through the dishwasher before use. The coffee maker took a full 30 minutes to brew a single pot of coffee. Bathrooms were acceptable, but tub edges, baseboards, etc could use a thorough cleaning. Finally, there were multiple framed instructions telling us what we could/could not do and the checkout expectations-placed like artwork around the living room and kitchen. Very off-putting. Those instructions belong in a discreet binder. And a 5 star review requires functional amenities and clean dishes.

Clean and open space with plenty of beds (extra mattress, sleeping pads, and air mattresses if needed), 5 min from Zion hot springs and 5 min from the main road to get to Zion( 25 minute drive).

Great stay in La Verkin

We had a great visit here and it was easy access to ZNP. Highly recommend checking out River Rock Roasting Company while you're in town. Nice home, good location, great experience.
