Newly built, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Quiet, beautiful views, greeted by the morning sun through big windows. Reasonable driving time to many hiking trails and national parks. In our backyard there is a mountain biking Mecca, gooseberry Mesa. If you are adventurous and a outdoors person this place is for you.

Wake up every day with a breathtaking view of Zion’s National Park, and enjoy a large private backyard veranda and gas fire pit that is all surrounded by natural brush and trees providing the perfect secluded getaway. This beautiful desert 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located 4 miles away from Gooseberry Mesa, (some of the best Mountain Biking trails in Utah) and only 36 miles away from Zion’s National park. (8 miles via back-country roads). Close and convenient access to trails that can be enjoyed by ATV’s, Mountain Bikes, or hiking to explore the nearby Grafton ghost-towns, breath-taking desert slot canyons or towering mesas providing views of desert landscapes as far as the eye can see. Because of the secluded nature of this home, and the lack of light pollution, you will never see a better starlit sky. There is a convenient store in Apple Valley with a great little grill where you can order excellent hamburgers. hurricane is 11 miles from Apple Valley, which has many restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a Walmart store. Colorado city is 11 miles away going east. It has a nice new grocery store with a deli and a grill.

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was the best. It's a very nice roomy house in a peaceful rural setting. Lots of windows and fresh air. The views from the patio were amazing. It's close enough to Zion to be convenient, but far enough away to unwind from the crowds of the park and the city of Springdale. The owner was good to deal with, but we did not need him since everything was perfect.

There are absolutely no negatives to mention about this home The location was perfect for anything you want to see while visiting Southern Utah. The house was immaculately clean. The backyard was stunning looking at the canyons and rock formations. The spacious patio was perfect for stargazing at night. The house had all the amenities you would need, and then some. Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with Brent and Laura was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place to retreat at

Finding the house and entering it was easy. Everything was as described. It was a great place to come back to after long days in the national parks. Super quiet and private. We’re so happy we decided to stay there and not in a hotel.

Amazing retreat

Centrally located near Zion, desert gardens, Snow Canyon state park and amazing drive to Bryce Canyon. Definitely would reccomend if your looking for seclusion and convenience to NP around this area. We loved having a drink and watching the lizards and chipmumks on the back porch.

Amazing rental 30 min away from Mt Zion. Very clean and well maintained property. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful home and amazing skies

The home was clean and spacious. The communication was perfect. The home is within a short drive of pretty much everything you would want to see and do around Zion. Longest drive I think was to the northern rim of the Grand Canyon which was about an hour or so. Hurricane is about 20min away with everything you would need for groceries or restaurants. We would and probably will stay again if they would have us. The skies are nice and clear and dark especially if you are an astronomy nut like I am. The Milky way picture is with my iPhone and the other is with a small telescope we brought with us. A stay.

Peaceful Mountain View

Wonderful home close enough to Zion for daily trips but far enough away from the busy towns. Great views from great room and kitchen of Zion in the distance. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and fantastic shower with heaters. Hurricane fairly close for nice restaurants. Main Street Cafe is wonderful for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Great location, view and privacy

I rented this at the last minute for myself as I did it want to stay in a hotel. Loved it! It was quiet and peaceful with a great view. The host was really good. Very communicative. They left me brochures of places to visit in the area which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

I stayed here with my parents and son for a week to visit the local sites (Zion, Bryce, Red Canyon, etc). The place was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views off the back porch were amazing at sunset. The location is very convenient to many popular areas and in my opinion worth the small extra drive time compared to staying in a hotel in Springdale. We had wonderful evenings relaxing in the house after a day of touring. The host was fantastic and quick with communication. Definitely one of the best Vrbo I have ever stayed at.

Perfect location for Utah hiking vacation

This is my second time renting this house. The first time we needed 3 bedrooms and that's the main reason we rented it. The second time I only needed one bedroom, but it's such a great place that I decided to rent it even though it was more space than we needed. The house is very comfortable and well situation with a view of Zion. The kitchen is well stocked and we made great use of the back patio during our relax time. There is a good grocery store not far away in Colorado City, and we made all our own meals. I highly recommend this rental, it's one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Visiting Zion? STAY HERE!

Beautiful home and beautiful views. Absolutely loved our stay! Probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Had anything and everything you’d need. The backyard was so nice to sit and watch all the critters and the colors change on the mountains as the sun set. Also AMAZING view for stargazing. We felt right at home. Very quick response and communication from the owners. The drive into Zion was maybe 30-45ish minutes? We didn’t keep track as the drive itself was magnificent, especially early in the morning. I hope we can one day visit Zion again and if so, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you again Laura and Brent!

AMAZING

Amazing views outside in the back. Watched the sunrise every morning with my coffee. Sat outside in the evening with our kids and was able to do a fire and explore the expansive backyard. Very private in the front and backyard. Absolutely perfect. Clean and roomy home. Very comfortable for a family of 5! Loved the washer/dryer and minimalistic decor in the home. Allowed for us to spread out and spread our stuff out too! We were able to comfortable eat/grill in the evenings. If we are ever back in Utah, we will be staying here! We LOVED it and were sad to leave!

Fantastic experience

Fantastic stay - I will get right down to the point. Beautiful and clean house. Very nicely decorated in a modern mid century style. Three large bedrooms. Big windows to see the incredible view. Well equipped kitchen. Large pantry with condiments and some dry goods. Nice linens, comfortable beds and good pillows. The house is very private and the surroundings quiet. Big patio with patio furniture and a fire pit. I have no complaints and I would love to stay here again. Brent was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great home base for trips to Zion and surrounding areas. A little bit of a drive to Zion but I loved the scenery so we didn’t mind. Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved the home. Very comfortable and perfect for two couples. Kitchen was supplied with quality cookware. We found it to be an excellent location to explore Zion and nearby trails. The location had little towns in the area for supplies and restaurants. We would highly recommend the rental.we could get supplies.. We highly recommend.

Quiet and spacious

This clean and well-appointed home was off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood with colorful views. The hosts were great communicators. It was a great setup for our family. Drive to/from Zion is 45 min.

This is a great property close to both Bryce Canyon & Zion Park. The home was very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed stargazing, the view of Zion and watching the sunset. There was enough room for 4 adults to spread out, but it was still cozy and comfortable. We recommend this home and would stay again!
