Come home to your private paradise and relax at the community pool or lazy river, or soak off the day in the clubhouse hot tub. With built-in bunks and a TV in each room, you can have a day of fun no matter what the weather!

This elegant 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a basketball arcade game in the garage and child-friendly amenities such as a high chair and pack-away crib! Fit up to 11 guests with the use of a twin air mattress so you can surround yourself with your loved ones for your desert vacation! With an outdoor fire pit and grill, you can cook some delicious food under the stars!

Family get away

The kids loved the bunk beds and pool! The house was clean and as described. Our only issue with the entire stay was getting the wifi working, but with the help of the property management it was going within 20 minutes. Great little get away.

Great place to stay for Zion NP

Very good communication with Red Sands. Easy check in and check out. Easy drive into the park. After a day of hiking, it was nice to come back and float in the pool!!

Great Family Rental

We were here with family and everyone really enjoyed our stay. Great layout, super fun pool, and close to the sights. Grocery store is close by which is a bonus as well. Our kids loved the games provided and spent tons of time in the pool. We loved the updated/new feeling that the condo has.We would definitely come back again!

Amazing property and vacation management

We had the time of our lives and truly enjoyed the rental property along with the pool and closeness to multiple hiking/outdoor options. We chose this property due to location to Zion National Park, size of house, and pool amenities. Red Sands was easy to work with, quick to respond, and extremely helpful during our stay. Fantastic stay

Perfect for a girls weekend. Close to all of the hiking fun and so close to the pool and hot tub after the hiking is done for the day. We loved the bonus cookies that were waiting for us when we checked in! Also, this is probably the best property management firm we have ever rented from - so much good communication all around, before and during our stay. 100% would rent from again.

We travelled from the UK and stayed in this property for 9 nights over Christmas. It was beautiful. Everything you needed and more. Warm, cozy and comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a base to do Zion and the surrounding area. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay

This property had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and everything it had to offer. The home was well decorated and had tons of towels and pool towels. We also liked how close it was to the pool. Hurricane is a great central location- we spent many days in Zion (30ish minutes away) we also spent time in Cedar City and Kanab. I only have one extra comment, the garage may be too short for longer vehicles.

Perfect for us

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The bunk bed room, and games were a big hit with our kids, ages 7-13. After a long day of hiking the pool was a refuge for kids and adults alike. We loved the large kitchen and open floor plan, where we could all watch movies and be together. When issues did arise, such a with the pool, the hosts were excellent at communicating with us and providing suitable alternatives. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing

The pictures were exactly as posted. Very clean. Loved how family friendly it was with the high chair, indoor and outdoor activities and crib. Had all the needed utensils for daily cooking and a large cooler for adventures away from the condo. Would definitely recommend to other family or friends.

Wonderful Vacation

This was our first time to Utah. I was very happy with this location that we chose in Hurricane. Very close to Sand Hallow State Park for boating/tubing fun and only about 25 min from Zion. Walmart was very close for all of our food and you MUST order pizza from Mountain Mike’s Pizza. It was SO good! We enjoyed being close to the pool. The house had everything we needed. I did take off one star as the unit could use a deep cleaning (baseboards and carpets cleaned). But all in all it was fabulous and we would stay here again.

Nice spacious place

The property and pool was great! The cleanliness could be better- half drank bottle water was left behind, recycle bin was full already, extra blankets in the living room was balled up so I wasn’t sure if it was laundered, banisters had dirty smudges on it— no big deal but mad me wonder about other things. The pots and cooking utensils were old and need to be replaced. But again, very nice property The management was very friendly and helpful!

Family vacation

The house location is great and it’s nice that there is a community pool so close to the house. The house was not cleaned properly. We found hair on the floors, in the bathrooms, food stuck to the stove and knobs, dining table was not cleaned, etc. Also, a few of the dining chairs are ripped or the back/ legs are loose. We didn’t use these chairs even though we would have to liked to eat together. The main couch in the living room is also broken/ loose. We also didn’t end up really using the couch because of that. One of the controllers for the Xbox upstairs also was not working.

We had a fantastic stay at Zion Village in Hurricane, UT! The property felt brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The development is clearly built with short-term rentals in mind, which made the experience even better—no permanent residents, just families and groups enjoying their vacations.The location is incredibly convenient, with world-class mountain biking and hiking trails just minutes away, and only about a 40-minute drive to Zion National Park. Unit 395 was perfect for our group—comfortable beds, a spacious and well-equipped laundry room, and modern TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen and living spaces were well laid out and made relaxing after a day of adventures easy.One of the highlights was the community pool area—a short walk from the unit. The pool, lazy river, and spa were all outstanding and made for the perfect place to unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be returning!

Very clean, comfortable, well stocked, pretty decorations, and an incredible value. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. The pool and hot tub were really fun for the teens and perfectly clean and nice. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and perfect. No issues. I give this this my highest rating.
