What a picturesque small town. It was exactly where we needed it for a family wedding. The host was very nice and responsive to our inquiries.

Worked great for a guys weekend

Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns. In summer I imagine it would be 10 minutes to town beach. Lots of heat dials to customize to each individual preference. Back porch was nice. Spent a bunch of time enjoying the rec room. We were snowmobiling and were hoping we could easily connect to the trails running through town without trailering. Unfortunately the conditions weren't there for it, and I'm not sure town cuts the banks on that road anyway. Was still an easy trailer to town for access or a couple access points just up Rt. 30. Oh, and the Pines ARE Towering.

The bed that Matt brought to our attention has been replaced with a new foam mattress as well as two other mattresses. We welcome honest reviews from our guests so that way we can improve the stay for our next guest thanks Matt and we welcome you back anytime.

This house looks and feels just like the pictures. Nice kitchen and great dinner table for our group. This area of NY is captivating with all the lakes and wilderness for riding a motorcycle and im sure fishing and hiking. When at this house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then pull out of the driveway take a left go 500 yes and everything you need. Charlie John's has everything you need at a very reasonable price and the Mrg delivered our groceries to the house because we were on motorcycles. Great house to relax with a big family and plenty of space to be by yourself.
