Welcome to East Nashville!! Our professionally-finished home is conveniently located to experience everything that Music City has to offer.

The space
Come and enjoy 3,000sq/ft of our newly renovated, 1920's home. Central air and natural light throughout. TVs and large closets in every bedroom. Professionally laundered linens and towels. Walkable to some local favorites, and a short ride to everything else!
First Floor:
Walk in to an open concept starting with the living room, dining room w coffee bar, full-kitchen and game room with a TV, foosball and shuffleboard. A centrally located half bath, and a dedicated laundry room with iron/board and steamer. Someone be sure to call dibs on the master bedroom with king bed and luxury ensuite bathroom.
Second Floor:
Walk upstairs to a custom vanity area to get ready as a group. A common sitting area with a desk and the second, full-bathroom are also easy to find. In the closet there are more games and exercise equipment. Choose from three of the uniquely designed bedrooms. 1. Full Bunk Bed 2. Double Queen 3. King w ensuite bathroom. As another sleeping option, the couch conveniently pulls out to a full bed.
Outdoor:
Hangout on the front porch swing and sitting area. The backyard is fenced in with a gas grill, gas firepit w chairs and more games like cornhole and Jenga.

Many things stood out positively with our experience staying at this Nashville VRBO. The host was extremely responsive & available. The VRBO was immaculate, perfectly matched what the pictures demonstrated, and included any amenity that we could need or think of. The beds were comfy, the hot tub worked well, overall felt like an elevated experience within close proximity to downtown Nashville.
