Nice Location, basic needs met.

I think a few simple tweaks would help level expectation and prevent unnecessary frustration. 1. Check in. In general, most VRBO are self-check in. We got to the condo only to have to take a 10-minute drive to be given the code to our door at the clubhouse. This would not have been a big deal if we would have known ahead of time to go to the clubhouse. 2. Pool. Before we made the reservation we inquired if there was an indoor pool. It would have been nice if the person we asked would have told us the pool was not on the property as we had 1 car on a multipurpose family trip. We had to drive back to the clubhouse to get a pool key after we weren't told we needed one and then learned the pool was a 10-minute drive from the condo. 3. There were no extra linens for the pull-out couch and 1 extra pillow with no pillowcase. 4. The unit itself was clean and had the necessary items for cooking. 5. The TV in the primary bedroom did not work. 6. We were very surprised that the tv's were not smart tv's and only had very basic cable; no access to netflix, apple, etc.
