About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home away from home. Prime location near the Kenai Airport, a beautiful beach and the mouth of the Kenai river.

This 3 bedroom home has a great kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, large comfortable sofa and plenty of games and books for when the weather is bad. There's also a large yard for playing basketball, ping pong, tether ball, or life size Jenga when it's nice out. There's also a fenced dog run area for your furbabies to play in safely.

Enjoy a fun evening around the fire pit or have a BBQ on the deck, walk the beach, pick berries, go fishing or enjoy one of the many hiking trails!

For those of you who need to work while you travel, the master bedroom has a large desk with standing option and high speed internet.

Please be aware the month of July is dip-netting season in Kenai, see map diagram in pictures. The road sees a lot more traffic during July and there is a camp ground next door as well as a toll booth. Renters will be issued a by-pass card for their vehicles, but the city will still charge if you plan to drive to the beach. By-pass card only grants free access to the house.

Hi, I'm originally from Washington state, but moved to Alaska in 2007 and fell in love with everything here. Our family purchased this home a few years ago, but we need to be in Anchorage most of the time for my husband's work. So, we decided to share the home that we love so much with others. What makes this property unique

Ours is the only home on the entire street and it is just a short walk away from the mouth of the Kenai river, the beach and several parks and trails.

**The month of July is Dip-netting season in Alaska, this is a special fishing time for Alaska residents. This property is perfect for locals, as it is just past the toll booths and right next to the mouth of the river. Fish on! A by-pass flag for your car will be issued, but that will only grant free access to the house. During July, the city charges $20/day for beach access with a vehicle.
