New for 2024! Located in Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake, this charming home offers beautiful views while maintaining privacy amongst the trees. Enjoy mornings on the deck listening to the birds and evenings on the dock unwinding by the fire pit. Inside is very comfortable with A/C and plenty of space to gather. The large, open yard is great for entertaining and playing a competitive game of corn hole! The waterfront has a nice, gradual entry with a depth of 8+ feet at the end of the dock, depending on the season. The dock can hold up to a 23' boat and kayaks are provided for exploring the lake. Don't miss the afternoon sun and sunset views at this property!
