Location is stunning. Our dogs loved it. Definitely recommend this for a couple's getaway in an exceptionally beautiful area. We loved the roosters from next door that would come up to the driveway. It was very private, quiet, nothing, no one bothering us. Very serene. We loved the enclosed yet open porch. Great space for writing, reading, relaxing, drawing. Make sure to try out Contrast Coffee. Everything in the area is within a 5-10 minute drive yet this place is still far enough out from the hustle of town. I hope to make it back here in the future - specifically fall for the color changes on Pine Mountain and possibly winter for their ski hill, definitely again in the summer to explore. Also make sure to check out Piers Gorge if you haven't!

Holiday weekend getaway

This place is perfect for a couple to stay at. At the foot of the ski hill and near the river. Fits our needs perfectly as we hang out at the river and don’t need to drive into town.

Another great stay

This is such a comfortable property. It's in a nice quiet area. The only thing I would say is there are only two washcloths, so if you're staying more than 2 days, or there's more than two in your party for one day, bring some extras. Don't hesitate to book at this property.

Nice Vrbo, great location!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this vrbo. The location was perfect for us being close to shops in Iron Mountain and also Felch where we attended a baseball tournament. The place was very clean and the perfect size for myself, husband, baby and dog. The communication with checking in and checkout was so easy! We also really appreciated not having to clean the entire place before we left like some hosts require. (Made our stay more relaxing not having to do the dishes or laundry.) We want to come back in the winter because it would be such a cozy stay overlooking the mountain. :)

We didn’t stay. We saw the condition of the exterior. Cars in the yard, two unit place yet advertised as entire house.Exterior is in very poor condition and was not private or secluded as advertised.Able to negotiate to be refunded half money but feel we deserve 100%.Neighbors call it “Sanford & Son” place.Didn’t need to see the inside, so we never went in.
