Beautiful house and views

We enjoyed our stay — much to do in the surrounding area and the house and views from the huge deck are stunning. Some great local restaurants including Gingerbread right at the base of the driveway. We also liked Tortuga a few miles to the east and the Cafe Amor in Neuva Arenal.

Gorgeous view

This beautiful modern home was perfect for our family while exploring the Arenal area. We lived on the deck over looking the lake, eating our meals and playing games outside. The house was very clean and the shower with view was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Spectacular!

The 180 degree view from the patio is absolutely mesmerizing and worth the stay alone! But the house is just as exceptional with incredible space for friends and family. The expansive use of glass creates an indoor/outdoor feeling yet it felt secluded and private. Renters must try the Gingerbread House restaurant down the hill - it added to this extraordinary stay. Justin wants your experience to be perfection and ours was!

Unforgettable Stay with Breathtaking Views and Wildlife

Our stay at this stunning home overlooking Lake Arenal was unforgettable. The panoramic view—especially at sunset—was incredible, and the wildlife was equally impressive. We saw toucans, parrots, and parakeets in the trees, a pair of Tayra in the backyard, and listened to the haunting calls of howler monkeys in the evenings. The house itself was huge, spotless, and perfectly designed to enjoy the fresh air by opening the wall of windows. A real highlight was dining at the nearby Gingerbread Restaurant with Chef Eyal—delicious food and super convenient. Communication with our VRBO contacts was seamless. Highly recommended!

Even more spectacular in person

This house will blow you away!! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy and THE BACK PATIO. You will not find a better view. Had coffee after doing yoga every morning, played cards into the night enjoying the breeze off the lake and relaxed to our hearts content! Excellent location for all the adventures in the area. Justin was very communicative and quickly helped solved some issues. Highly highly recommend. Also eat at the Gingerbread Restaurant at the base of the driveway if you get a chance!! Amazing place!!

Loved it

It was a great place to stay. The size was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. The only thing I would caution is there is only one room with an AC, and from what we found only one fan. (All had ceiling fans but the ceiling is so high it was hard to feel any breeze.) So it was a little hotter than I’m used to sleeping in however I would absolutely stay again. The view alone was worth it!!!! Property managers were quick to help with anything and it was only a short drive into town. Perfect perfect location!

Best Ever

As expats who have been living in Costa Rica for 20 years, we were sure we saw it all. However, we were absolutely amazed when we walked into this gorgeous house with its perfect location. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, our experience was of the highest quality. The breathtaking view of the lake, the comforts of the house’s natural interior design and spread of the rooms allowed us and 2 other couples to have an absolute dream vacation and we cannot wait to come back again. The place offers a feeling of seclusion and privacy while being close to everything you may need when visiting the area. It has become our most favourite spot in the country!

Amazing Property! Stop looking and book today!

If you are looking for a property in Nuevo Arenal this size and in this price range...look no further. This property is AMAZING! My family of 7 was visiting the area and we were initially staying at another property in the Nuevo Arenal region, Bella Verde. There were multiple issues with this property and we need to leave emergently. I contacted Justin who was very prompt in replying to my plea and quickly had Ave Paraiso cleaned and even allowed us to check in early. Because of him and his team, we were able to enjoy our time in the Arenal region without any issues with our rental. This property is absolutely stunning. The architecture, decor, beds, appliances, and layout are all exceptional. The sunset, sunrise and views are breathtaking. There are an abundance of birds on the property for those interested in birdwatching. There is nothing you would desire in a rental that this home does not have. DON'T HESITATE book it today. I promise you will not regret it. When we go back to Costa Rica, I will definitely be staying at Ave Paraiso!!
