Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to the beach and Flagler Ave. Plus I like that there are so many restaurants in the area and the proximity to Daytona Beach (10 minutes away) or Orlando (an hour's drive away or less). 3 blocks in one direction and you are putting your toes in the sand at the beach, 2 blocks in another direction and you will find yourself in one of the best fishing spots in Florida.
What makes this property unique
Cozy, everything is brand new from new flooring throughout the house to all new furniture. Beautiful, private patio area with new patio furniture and a brand new grill for those who enjoy a good barbeque.
