This is for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday rental ONLY !! No alterations to the listed dates are available. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE is 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is for 6 people.

Coconut Beach Resort; a private quaint tropical paradise right up on the Atlantic Ocean. Watch spectacular views of the sunset from your balcony. Unit has King, Queen, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen & living room. Heated pool w/ hot tub. Walk to Duvall Street.

This is a rental is for the exact dates posted. Please do not email me with requests for any other dates than listed. This is for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday Christmas week rental ONLY Check in 4:00PM and check out 10AM. The dates and price are not flexible as this is a timeshare that I occasionally rent.
