Come enjoy our beautiful spacious home located in the heart of the TN off-road trails! Traveling with friends or family in a big or small group…We can accommodate you! Whether you are looking to hit the trails or wanting a beautiful scenic getaway, this is your home! Perfectly located between the Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail system so there is no need to trailer your ATVs or SxS with trailheads 10 minutes in either direction. (Other parks Brimstone & Windrock are roughly a 1hr drive away) If you are looking to travel and site see, Norris Lake is 30min, Knoxville is 1hr, Pigeon Forge is 1hr 30min, and Gatlinburg is 1hr 50min. Details of our home include 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living room, kitchen, and game room…just look at the pictures!!! Our home will sleep up to 14 guests with one King bed, 2 queens, 2 fulls, and 2 futons. Enjoy beautiful views with our covered back patio/porch with refrigerator, comfortable seating, and a 6 person hot tub! We hope to see you soon at Sharp Creek Retreat!!!

Great place to stay good location next to the atv utv trails. Plenty of space to park my 40 foot gose neck trailer and a smaler trailer with still plenty of parking for are utv and atvs

The host was always there for a quick response. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen plus extra! The shower pressure was amazing! House was great for our group everyone could sit together eat and in living room after riding all day . I can’t say enough. Our kids loved all the games. We loved the porch. You won’t regret booking.

Feels like home spacious 4 bedroom

This property was perfect in every way possible. So spacious, and extra amenities provided with extra touches. Hot tub, game room and beautifully decorated. Property was perfect for riding Royal Blue and Tackett Creek. We also spent time in Knoxville and Gatlinburg as we were there for the week. Absolutely loved it and would stay again. Great hosts.

Tennessee getaway

The property was absolutely gorgeous!! The house was extremely clean and the host provided just about everything you would need for your stay. The home had a little of everything for everyone. From the hot tub to the arcade games to the outdoor fridge. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Tennessee and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again

Loved this house!!

Perfect for my group during our riding trip! It was accommodating for everyone and had many extra amenities. This house was secluded which we loved but still a very reasonable distance from both RRB and Tackett Creek. Our group enjoyed the openness of the house as well as the outdoor patio/hot tub area. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Awesome place to stay

The host were amazing! Nice quiet place. Easy to get to Tackett Creek and Royal Blue! Home was spacious and very clean! Neighbors were very sweet! We had 3 Sxs and 1 atv, 2 big trucks and trailers, driveway was plenty big enough. Would definitely recommend this property to people! Thanks for your hospitality!
