Located off a peaceful street near Lake Michigan and half a mile to Warren Dunes beach access, this family-friendly home is the perfect escape for friends and family to get away and enjoy the calm of Southwest Michigan. 

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ranch-style home sleeps 12 with plenty of room for a large family, or a multi-family group. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. 

Enter the home through the main front door and into an open and bright kitchen and dining area. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. First, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Second, a bunk bed room with a twin over double pyramid bunk bed and a cozy chair for bedtime stores. At the end of the hall, a third bedroom with a Queen-size bed. 

The basement offers two more large bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and another with a Double bed and Bunk bed. At the top of the stairs is a bonus bathroom, washer and dryer, and workout area with Peloton for guest use! 

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal indoors on the Wolf range or outside on the large grill. Through the library styled hallway you’ll find an airy and spacious family room with skylights, a large screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of cozy seating. 

Open the doors to a nicely furnished screen porch with sweeping wooded views. Off the screen porch is a large deck and outdoor dining area that leads to a fenced in backyard. Outside the fence is more grassy space to play cornhole, tag, or capture the flag.

On one side of the home, is a beautiful outdoor shower and large, sparkling clean hot tub. The other side of the home features the screen porch and a whimsical playhouse in the woods, offering a fun hangout space with a TV and bean bag

The property abuts 40+ acres of forest preserve with plenty of nearby hiking trails. Return home from a fun-filled adventure and soak in your private hot tub overlooking the woods. An outdoor shower is available during the warmer months.

Please Note: The dining room fireplace does not work and is just for decoration, guests can watch tv using their own streaming channels, quiet hours are from 10 PM and 8 AM, this is strictly enforced as we love our neighbors.
