Amazing time!

We had an amazing time staying here! The whole place was very clean and provided us with all we could need. The drive into Boston was a reasonable 30-45 minutes depending on traffic and the host was easy to communicate with if we needed anything!

Perfect house for large crowd

We had two families that fit comfortably in this house. Large family rooms are perfect for conversing and games. Lots of towels and coffee pods for the morning.

Baseball tournament

House was clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was quiet and location was good. We stayed for a baseball tournament and traveled about an hour to our games, but home was a great value to fit all us comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient, clean and lots of space

This place worked wonderfully for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. 5 useful bedrooms, two "living spaces", a nice porch that we sat out on. Everything was clean with lots of supplies. Board games and video games to boot. All clean. Asnoted previously it is on second floor, but unless that is a drawback for you, this is a great rental.

Great Host

We had a great stay and Dave was a great host! We had everything we needed and were able to spread out with adult and kid space. There was even an added bonus of a video gaming system and board games. Our flight was delayed and Dave accommodated us to stay an an extra hour. The house is located on a quiet street but near shopping, restaurants, and freeways. We will be back!

Very nice weekend in Dedham

The house is awesome. It is very large, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The video game system is great. The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. We will come back.

Beautiful, spacious home

The outside of property is deceiving. Once in the front door..... WOW. Breathtaking! The decor, the space, and comfort - all amazing. The porch to sit at night is nice as you can see the stars and hear the wildlife off in the woods. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Excellent property

Thoroughly enjoyed. Even the walk to the train shortened as we got used to it. The property is spacious, beds comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. After discussion the only thing we could think of to improve was having more towel rails in the bathrooms and a tea-towel in the kitchen. Legacy Place at the next train stop was an excellent shopping centre. We had a great meal at the Yard House. We would highly recommend this property.

Boston Adventure

The home was beautiful and spacious with modern decor perfect for our family of seven. The space occupies the entire second floor with nice views of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was the perfect location for us as our cousins were just minutes away in Hyde Park. All the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy and attractive. The kitchen was big and well equipped even though we did not cook. The two living spaces were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and updated with nice towels. This is a wonderful house and we would be more than happy to stay again.

Great gathering place!

This is a terrific house for a large family - 5 good sized bedrooms and terrific gathering spaces. The large, open kitchen/dining room is well set up for a group to talk and eat. Big, comfy couch with large tv in one good-sized living room and a second couch/tv/game room allows folks to spread out. Check in & out were super easy and communication with the owner was good. It would have been helpful to know that the entire house is on the second floor of a building- the grandparents did fine but weren’t prepared for the stairs. The neighborhood is super quiet and very convenient. Wegmans grocery store, Target, and restaurants just a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick trip

Girlfriends trip to see Pink and a day in Boston. Communication with Dave was quick and easy, he was great for tips and directions. We had no issues so there was no need to contact him during our stay. The house was perfect for 5 women to have their own space and enjoy time together. The neighborhood was quite and we felt safe. The train station was close and we had no issues coming home from the concert at 1:30 in the morning. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. If you're looking for a great restaurant Yard House was amazing. We ordered takeout and it was 10/10.

fantastic large property with an incredibly responsive host

This was the absolute perfect property for our families’ needs. It was so big and had separate living areas that everyone was able to enjoy quiet time when needed. Sound did not seem to travel so our young kids could sleep on one end of the house while the adults socialized. And the common areas were big enough for a whole family to congregate. We sent the host a few request throughout the day and he answered us immediately. And the checkout procedure was extremely easy, we did not have to clean before leaving! I am not sure if we read the listing wrong, but this is the second floor of a duplex with no backyard. Layout ended up working a single house with stairs for us.
