the perfect escape

The property had everything we needed for our group of 15. Access to the beach, close to the attractions we wanted to see, and plenty to keep the kids occupied. The layout of the house is great and everyone agreed it lived up to its expectations.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern C's!! Communication with the owner was good. House was very well appointed for our group of 13. Theater room is amazing. Location right on the beach and having a nice pool was amazing too. Loved the beach views from the house. Beautiful backyard. Just an overall great vacation!!

Amazing

My goodness, what a great house and location. One of the few places that is bigger and better in person than in the pictures. Beach is even closer than it looks. Perfect multigenerational vacation house. They could charge double and it'd be a bargain.

The perfect spot for our spring training group!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean C’s Beach House! The home was incredibly well-stocked—we didn’t have to bring a thing. From beach toys and pool floats to toys for the kids, everything we could possibly need was already there.The theater room was a huge hit with everyone, and the layout of the house was perfect. Each family had plenty of space and privacy, but there were also so many great gathering spots where we could relax and enjoy our time together.We loved being able to cook meals at home, especially when we wanted to spend more time by the pool or at the beach. The location and amenities made this a perfect vacation spot, and we’re already hoping to come back next spring!

We do family vacation every year for past 10 years. This home was perfect. 13 of us and plenty of room. My granddaughter, 17 said “Papa this is the best one ever” Perfect location. We will be back

We loved this house so much! So so beautiful in person!

The house was beautiful and perfect location! The house was clean and spacious and plenty room for big family. The movie theater was very big and amazing sound system. The hot tub and pool are all controlled by a iPad which runs super smoothly and seamlessly. The beach is so easy to access! Eddie and Jenifer go above and beyond to help there guest! We will definitely be back at this beautiful beach house
