Our first VRBO experience and it was great. We loved “waking up to the waves” and Carmen was a wonderful hostess. She provided so many amenities and was always available to answer questions. Cheers to coffee at the water’s edge in the AM and margaritas at the exact same spot for sunset. We paddleboarded, boogie boarded, roasted marshmallows, walked the beach at low tide, simply enjoyed family, and RESTED. Best week eh-ver!

If you are looking for Ocean Front this as good as it gets. Backyard is the sand and Pacific Ocean. House is very roomy and nice highly recommend it.

Amazing Beachside Home

My family and I stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending. It housed 7 adults and 2 children very comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The house is steps away from the ocean and has private access to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very secure. The property owner was very kind and responsive in our communications. I would recommend this property to friends and family alike and would stay here again.

Great Location, nice property. Owners are charging us for a defective lock that never worked and fro art work falling off the wall.. Would not recommend anyone staying here after this.

Amazing Location!

Overall a good stay. Being directly on the beach is the reason for my ratings. Carmen, property owner, was very responsive. All of us had issues with technology even when signed on to WIFI (cell services, email, internet, etc). The Amtrack that boardered the property connections (cell service,etc.).

Six adults and 3 youngsters had a blast. Comfortable and clean and well equipped for beach life. Looking forward to a return. Recommendation are tough sometimes. Recommending working with Carmen is a no brainer. Do it. You will be glad you did.

Beach paradise

Our two sons and their families joined us to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Since we dont live in the same state, I wanted a place that would gather us together for a fun week and this house fit the bill perfectly.There was a bit of a snafu getting into the house, but it was worked out promptly and attentively.The 5 bedrooms fit the group perfectly. And 3 bathrooms worked great for us.The house was very clean and well stocked although the paper plates and napkins I brought were well used.Many hours were spent in the Adirondacks gazing at and listening to the ocean. We also played cornhole with the available equipment and the kids enjoyed riding the bikes.Carmen quickly responded to my pre-trip questions and was very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this beautiful home !

Great Family Beach House

The house is right on Capistrano Beach in a gated community. The sand is the backyard, perfect setup for kids! The view from the 2 upstairs bedrooms is stunning. Great kids room with 3 level bunk bed (and a pack n play available to setup which fits in kids room). 2 large bedrooms downstairs. Great open living space/kitchen. Lots of bikes, paddle boards, wetsuits and life jackets. We used the bike trailer to take our two toddler girls on bike rides to San Clemente and up to Dana Point. We so appreciated the hosts responsiveness to questions and requests, Carmen was such a pleasure to work with! We’ll be coming back to this house again for another family beach vacation!

Wonderful way to ring in new year 2025

Overall it was great and as described. Location unbeatable! Lots of towels and fun things like SUP boards, surf boards, bikes and lots of outdoor seating. We used the fire pit almost every night. There are not enough dishes to all eat at once so we bought paper plates and plastic cutlery to use. Laundry detergent not supplied either so we needed to buy to clean towels. Carmen is very responsive for all things needed. From providing me with the name of the grocery to order from, to giving us early access to the property. It was great! Only real issue was a plumbing issue which he had plumber on site very quickly but meant we did not have functioning toilet for two hours which was tough when having people, including elderly, for dinner. Overall, a phenomenal vacation for our family!
