Pet Friendly and a pool right across the street from the beach. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per pet please. Fully enclosed back yard.Summer Place sits directly across the street from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. This is a pet friendly home(non refundable pet fees apply)..You have found the spot to make memories..... This is a second row home in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a beach cottage with an inground pool and seven bedrooms and four full baths. The beach is just across the street. You have parking for at least five cars on a corner lot.
Flat screen TV's in every bedroom,living area and game room with a foosball table and lots of room to relax. A well equipped kitchen and grills for outdoor grilling. Charcoal and gas are available by the pool area. Backyard is fully fenced. Washer and dryer is included. Stack unit.

There are seven bedrooms and four full baths.

LINENS (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED. LINEN PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND CAN BE ORDERED WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. LINENS MUST BE REQUESTED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND PAID FOR AS WELL.

Nice and Quiet

House was nice and spacious. Fenced in back yard for our pups was great. Although the weather was chilly, it was nice to just walk across the street and be right at the beach. Communications with the property management was perfect.
