A Real Home! - Luxury in the Right Location, Near Disney, with heated pool.

Welcome to our larger than average three bedroom home. Our large heated pool is fenced for total privacy! Located on the popular Lindfields development, you are only minutes away from the Disney parks and many restaurants are nearby.

Our home is situated at Lindfields, a peaceful development to the west of Kissimmee, very close to the Disney Parks (approx 5 miles from World Drive, the main route into the Parks) - very convenient to see Mickey & his friends!

Welcome to our luxury villa. We pride ourselves on the care we take to ensure that you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Our spacious, privately owned home is equipped & furnished to a very high standard and is managed locally. The oversize pool is screened and fully fenced for total privacy! The pool is solar heated year-round and for the cooler months, we also have pool heater option.

Located near Disney, the many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Wal-Mart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door! Regular visitors to the area have often mentioned that our villa is a real home and tops the list of all the homes they have stayed in!

Spacious Living Area
There are two separate living areas. The first is an open-plan relaxing lounge with three sofas and a swivel/rocking chair. There is a handy work-station, with a dimmable lamp/phone charger & USB outlets and cordless telephone, for work or play! This room leads into a dining room.

The additional large family room has electric reclining sofas, entertainment unit housing a 55" Smart TV (with comprehensive cable service). Large patio doors lead to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, has granite countertops and includes fridge/freezer with door mounted ice & water dispensers, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, waste disposal etc. There is also a breakfast area with table a table and chairs and a breakfast bar with two swivel bar stools.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, bedside tables, two chairs, Smart TV (with comprehensive cable service), en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, granite countertop & twin washbasins) and spacious closets. Two further bedrooms each with twin beds, spacious closets, drawer units and chair are adjacent to a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have laminate plank floors, USB charging stations, clocks and table lamps. Linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels.

Oversize Pool
The larger than average 30' screened, floodlit, pool is landscaped with a lovely selection of plants and is fully fenced for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another.
Our pool benefits from year-round solar heating and we have a heater option, which we recommend you consider for the cooler months. At other times of the year the solar system can make a big difference to the temperature of the water (even in the summer, pools without heating can be quite chilly!). A reel-out pool cover is provided for the cooler months to retain the heat overnight.
The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs, recliners, foot stalls and sun loungers.
Beware many homes have small pools, more like splash pools - Ours is big enough to have some real fun and enable you to actually swim!!

A double garage/games room has a utility area with a large washer and dryer along with an 8ft slate pool table and full size ping-pong table (table tennis).

We offer a free high speed wireless internet connection and a generous amount of free long distance telephone calls anywhere in the United States, Canada and 40 countries overseas.

The house is great - just like the pictures. There are sooo many houses in this area that it can be hard to choose which one to book- but with ping pong and pool tables and a warm swimming pool that is not overlooked, this is a great choice, plus great owners!!

The heated pool was awesome, the house was very clean , all essentials were there and overall the stay was very comfortable, the only minor issue was that the toilet in the master bath takes longer to refill and makes some sound while it does refill.

Highly recommended Orlando Villa

A wonderful home from home for our Florida vacation. The pool is great and it was a struggle to get the kids away from it some days. The photos don't really do the villa justice. The location is great for local restaurants and stores, and the disney parks are only a short drive away. If we return to Florida for a family holiday in the future then we will look no further than this villa.

The house was perfect for my family of four for this vacation. The pool is nice and big and clean. The house has lots of beds and space. The kitchen was great and well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Very well located. Owner was in constant contact, even during a tropical storm.

Nice Vacation Home

We had a pleasant stay at this vacation home. The information pack provided by the owners is excellent and we found the house easily. The house was very clean and the listing very accurate. The house has great tv cable, table tennis and pool table of which we made use of. The pool was great too, large pool and plenty big enough for the family to enjoy. The location is central to everything, theme parks, shopping, restaurants. We hope to use this house again in the future.

Amazing Home

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Everything was perfect and as described. The booking process was handled smoothly with all information received in advance. We especially enjoyed the table tennis and pool table in the garage, all rooms spacious and the pool was great and not overlooked by any surrounding properties. The drive to Universal and Seaworld were around 20-30mins and very close to lots of restaurants and supermarket. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a home in Florida and this is by far the best. Small details were really appreciated - ice machine, plenty of cutlery and utensils, free local calls, usb plugs for charging electronics. We were a family of 3 and didn't use one of the lounges due to size - this home would be comfortable for a party 6. Would not have any hesitation in going back or recommending to others.

Fantastic

So this holiday almost did not happen due to Hurricane Milton. The communication with the owners of this property was outstanding. We chatted to them that our initial flights had been cancelled and that we may not be checking in until a few days later, this was accepted without hesitation from Chris, he even went further saying that if needed we could stay an extra couple of days to get our complete holiday stay with them. We did manage to fly over on the day intended and we had a fabulous holiday. The villa was as promised, the pool area was secluded and quiet (just what we wanted) We were over there when Hurricane Milton hit but the villa had no damage. I cannot emphasis just how great Chris and Elaine were, they kept us updated with everything, they helped so much. The villa was great for us, had everything we needed and more. if fact we are hoping to stay at this villa again in the future!

Very clean and all the room you need!

Things we appreciated about the house: -quiet neighborhood -easy to get in and out of the property -very clean - more so than other properties that we've stayed in -nice touches like charging strips around the house and easy fading switches for the lamps -plenty of extra blankets and pillows -comfortable furniture -easy wifi access -plenty of dishes and silverware -lots of extra info, including easy checkout instructions, in a notebook in the house -owners and property management company were easy to communicate with Pool: -bigger than others we've seen in properties like this -pool cover kept the heat in (we paid for the pool heater) -shallow end was shallow enough for my 5 year old to safely stand in and it does have a deep end -lots of pool towels provided -completely screened in and a fence around the screen for privacy from neighbors The area: -very short drive to Disney parks -lots of restaurants and stores close by (Target, CVS, Walgreens, Publix grocery store, etc.) Thanks for a great stay!

Our daughter had an internship at Disney World so my husband, daughter, 2 friends of hers and I headed to Orlando for a week to visit with her. The best thing about the trip aside from the company I was keeping was your house! The pictures don't do it justice. There were times that we had 8 adults in the house, and we were never on top of each other. There was plenty to do with the pool, pool table, ping pong table, and other board games and a large TV with a DVD player that were supplied. Internet connection was no problem. When somebody needed privacy there was a beautiful living room and other areas we could retreat to for peace and quiet. Your house is convenient to everything. Shopping galore, including groceries, almost any restaurant and of course Disney. We visited a Disney property almost everyday and it only took 20 minutes to get there. I never expected to have an all adult trip to Disney and I am so happy that we found your house! It was clean, well maintained, and so comfortable! I was also impressed with all of the thought and concern you put into the house for families with children. I found the safety features to be above board. I also love the entry into the house as we never had to worry about who had the keys. Thank you so much for your quick response to my inquiry and your patience and kindness. You made the whole rental process so easy! The rental price on the house was amazing and much better than others in the Lindfields community. I love the notebooks full of information, and all of the information you sent me ahead of time with attractions, restaurants and shopping availability. You guys have really gone out of your way to make sure your renters have a comfortable and easy vacation. I have told all of my friends about your home and anybody else who will listen. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Orlando!

Great Stay!

Very easy to find and quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfy. The pool was a great bonus. The only downside would be the bed was more on the hard side than I prefer but that's personal preference and was just fine for the week. Overall a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the property was a great value! The property was clean and close to Disney World, Parks and food and Shopping. House furnishings and decor needs to be updated, (we kinda felt like we were visiting our grandma’s house in the 80’s) but everything was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was a little older and surrounding houses were not as kept up, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, I would recommend the property to a friend and stay there again. Just a note to those staying there for more than a couple days.- We ended up buying trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish detergent etc, because there was nothing extra in the house. I didn’t expect much, but at least one or two extra trash bags, or a sample of laundry soap, etc… It’s funny they expect you to do a load of laundry and take out the trash when you leave but didn’t provide detergent or extra bags. And the only toilet paper there was the one on the roll. We had time and we’re okay buying those things, but just thought I’d mention it in case others do not- bring a little extra. We left our extras for the next guest. 😊

No complaints at all, listing is accurate and was perfect for my family of 5 (kids ages 20, 15, and 13). House was clean and had plenty of activities for the kids (pool, pool table, ping pong table, TVs, board games...). Relaxing Spring Break Vacay

We booked this house for a Spring Break trip to relax in sunny Florida and were joined by one of our adult sons and his wife. Since they had to work a couple of days while we were there, the high speed internet was much appreciated. Our favorite part of the property was the lovely pool. It is landscaped beautifully and that also makes it a very private retreat. We payed for the pool heat because the nights are cool in March and we don't enjoy swimming in a chilly pool. The house was well kept and very clean. There were quite a few restaurants close by and several grocery stores, so we didn't have to fight the traffic too much to get out and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely book this property again!

We enjoyed our first visit to the area and could not wait to return. After our third visit we decided purchase a home there! We, our family and friends have visited regularly since.
We live in England but normally spend approx. 8 weeks each year in our Florida home.
We do our best to ensure our guests enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our home is spacious and well maintained. Our pool is larger than average. Even in summer unheated pools can be chilly but you will benefit from our year round solar heating. We also have a heater option for the cooler months. Our pool deck is fully fenced, so it is very private and we have lots of plants between the fence and pool screen that enhances the seclusion. Our home is very close to the Disney Parks. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Publix supermarket, Aldi, Walmart and local management are all close by.
