Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will retrieve the 2 sets of keys from the front desk security guard. Please return the 2 sets of keys with the security front desk.
Please leave a $5.00 tip per day, on kitchen island, for the maid. Monday-Saturday. She does bathroom and floor cleaning, makes beds daily and changes sheets 2x per week. She does not do dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful place. The location could not be better. Right between the Romantic Zone and Centro, it is convenient to everything. Jennifer is a wonderful host. Any questions about the place or recommendations for activities are answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was above expectation! GREAT view of Banderas Bay but the unit is not in the direct sunlight all day so it is alot cooler than direct front units, all while still enjoying a great view of the bay and the Malecon for people watching and relaxing on the roomy patio. Communication with the owner was excellent and dare we say the best communication we have ever had throughout our 5 times using VRBO at various locations.

Wonderful location

Our trip was cut short to do a few family issues, Jennifer was a great host and very communicative and understanding as we navigated our changing plans. This building is in the best location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The condo itself could use a few updates, but was really well stocked and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beachside getaway in Zona Romantica

This is a lovely property in a prime location right by the beach, with thoughtful homelike ambiance and a comfortable deck with water views. The condo is large and well appointed and the primary bedroom includes en suite bath. There is a large rooftop pool and deck as well, with sweeping views. Check in through the 24 hour desk was easy and you enjoy a central location with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I felt right at home here and look forward to staying again!

Excellent place to stay!

This condo is in a building we have stayed in before. This unit is beautiful and the most to our liking we’ve had. We stayed a week and everything worked perfectly. The lights were updated and bright. The A/C worked well. Water pressure was good. Cleaning service was efficient. 24 hour front door service was polite. Owner sent 4 page guide to the neighborhood. Highly recommend

Top of the Line

Everything went smoothly. The condo is one of the most beautiful in which I ever stayed. It was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Lots of beach supplies. I would rent this place again in a minute but it is unavailable for my dates in 2025 and 2026. The views are fantastic and the location cannot be beat. I can't think of even one negative try to make this review more believable but there aren't any.
