Great view of the gulf and a nice balcony. The condo was spacious, but in need of updating. It smelled very musty upon our arrival. Overall the resort could use some freshening up. Nice boardwalk to the beach.

Great vacation

Loved the location to the beach. Two swimming pools and hot tubs with one pool heated which was great. The room is nice and has everything you need, the best part was the view in the morning and evenings.

Mid Week getaway

Great view and nice beach! Condo could use some updating. Showers are not for tall people. Clean and well supplied condo made a comfortable stay.

Disliked: Location
Nice view, big deck. Very evident that place had not been occupied for quite some time. Strong musty smell coupled with black water coming from the taps. Black water accompanied by strong Sulphur smell. Facility management were quick to resolve the water smell. Owners appear to be hands off: deck door does not lock and looked to have been that way for some time, Internet access was wrong and needed facility management involvement, furnishings quite dated and well worn. In summary: Over priced and disappointing.

Easy walk to the beach. Staff was very attentive. 10 minute drive to awesome town with great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.
