A Three Bedroom (king, queen & 2 singles) duplex townhouse in Dunkeld Village.
The kitchen, lounge and vanities are newly renovated and there is battery back-up. There is a private plunge pool, small garden, weber BBQ, double garage, uncapped fibre-optic Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, Play station 4, situated a 1.5km drive from the beach and Camps Bay Village and a 6 minute walk (when taking a short cut). Air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. Sea view from the main bedroom. Situated on the corner of Dunkeld and Willesdene Road. Housekeeping and pool cleaning included once a week.
During power outages there is battery back-up.
