Welcome to our charming retreat nestled between the vibrant heart of downtown Savannah and the pristine sands of Tybee Island beach. This idyllic home offers a serene escape with its stunning outdoor oasis, boasting a picturesque lake view, a private dock, and a bubbling hot tub to unwind in style. Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.
It's a very peaceful family neighborhood
The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.

Oh what fun we had!

Great floor plan. Really cute upstairs bedrooms. Right size kitchen for a STR. Living room great configuration to just sit and talk. But...the hot tub wasn't HOT! That was a major bummer. We only booked for HOT TUB WHICH WASNT HOT. Other than that, perfect place to hang out
