The pictures don’t do this place justice. Incredible stay with a separate in law suite. Huge back yard that’s perfect for kids, dog, or family. The pool is spacious with lots of shade and chairs. The grill was great and had plenty of room for a group of 9! Check in was simple and Andy was very attentive.

My family really enjoyed the private pool. Fence in backyard was nice for privacy. House was clean. Host was accessible for question or concerns. Sams club , Walmart and Kroger are all within a 5 - 10 min drive. Savannah was only a 12 to 15 min drive. I would stay her again with my family

The house was super clean, the host was friendly and was quick to reply to questions. My friends and I had a good time. The back deck overlooking the pool and yard was so peaceful. My dog loved running around too! Only a few minutes drive to food places or gas stations. Would book again in the summer.

There were a few minor issues with some kitchen appliances not being cleaned and one of outside garbage pails being full. Other than that, it was pleasurable. The beds are comfortable and that backyard is amazing. And, the communication from the host was very impressive. When I sent the message about the issues, he responded quickly and it was very much appreciated. I would stay here again.

I just thought I better let future guests know that read this lower scored review that we do have 2 large trash bins and they are not emptied between every guest that stays. Both bins are emptied every Wednesday, so most likely you will not have 2 completely empty bins, but I haven't ever had an issue with not enough room for garbage. If that ever was an issue, I would happily hire someone to come clean one out :).

This home was perfect for me, my husband, our four kids and my dad. A spacious home, comfortable beds. The backyard is to die for, the pool is the best part! It was the perfect distance from downtown Savannah, and Tybee island which we loved exploring both during our trip! We have zero complaints and would 100% stay here again!

Great family house

We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids. The pool was amazing! The location is great, 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs, cooler, etc. The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall, the stay was great!

The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again.
