Everything about the house was great. It was cute and clean. The rooms and amenities were exactly as described. The location made it easy to go into Savannah and hop right over to Tybee island. As a host, Logan did a great job communicating. He let us know about what to expect prior to arriving and answered all messages/questions immediately.

This was a very cute little house, that was very close to everything. The only downside was that the backyard held water and didn't drain well, so we were unable to actually go out in the yard. Other than that, it was exactly as described. Would stay again, if we are need a place again.

Quick Getaway and Easy Access

We decided last minute to get away. This house was conveniently located halfway between river street and Tybee island and was dog friendly. The bedrooms were great and bathrooms fully equipped. The backyard was fenced but one panel was missing but easily placed back up with supports. I’m sure our attentive owner will have it fixed in no time. Great communication. Frogs visited nightly at the back door, which was a delight for us. Less than 2 miles from Walmart and Publix. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a brief one night stay in this thoughtfully decorated unit. We were advised before our stay that this is a shared property (parking and backyard area) but weren't aware of this when booking. We did have the entire property to ourselves during our stay which was nice and preferred. There are several stairs to access the unit which is noted in the description. Our host Logan could not have been more accommodating and willing to ensure we had a pleasant stay and did not lack for anything!! We definitely had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate all of the great communication with Logan and his efforts to provide a wonderful experience! Thanks Logan!

I fell into hosting after realizing that I love turning spaces into vacations—where guests can nap like royalty, drink coffee like philosophers, and cook up ridiculously tasty meals. When I’m not obsessing over cozy bedding or the perfect lighting for a vacation vibe, I’m probably out hunting for quirky art, debating whether a throw pillow can actually change a room’s energy (it can), or testing out local restaurants—all in the name of "research," of course.
Hosting isn’t just about handing over the keys; it’s about creating an experience so good that you’ll wonder why you ever considered staying anywhere else. So, come stay, relax, and if you ever need a recommendation for the best local eats or hidden gems—I’m your person!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is special in that it is essentially sandwiched between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. If you live on Tybee Island, it is around a half hour drive to commute to downtown Savannah. Likewise, it is about 30 minutes to travel from downtown to Tybee Island. Both of these hotspots are debatably the two largest main attractions of coastal Georgia and the area itself. Why not be as close as you possibly can be to both of the areas? This home will allow you to do just that, since it is directly between both. You literally get the best of both worlds here. It is also smack dab next to the Whitemarsh Island preserve, which is a beautiful park which spans for miles with sweeping and soothing nature scenes. It's a safe and enjoyable area to be in, and I personally couldn't choose a better place in the area to have a seclusion for guests to enjoy for a restful recharge.

What makes this property unique

I personally painted all the walls and quite a few pieces of furniture that decorate the home. With a personal touch of coastal charm and beachy vibes in mind, I put my creativity toward providing the most welcoming yet fun environment for a quick getaway, or for an extended stay. Either way, it is sure to deliver a tropicalesque vibe not only inside but in its surroundings as well.
