The downstairs has 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), living room, full kitchen with washer & dryer machines, and one full bath with renovated tile walk-in shower.
The upstairs has a spacious living room and dining area, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one king bed, 2 full-size beds), and a full bath with bathtub/shower combo and a laundry center (washer and dryer combo).

You will have 2 kitchens, 2 living room, total 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, 2 couches with one couch can pull out to a bed; and 2 full baths. Big Private parking in the back, second floor balcony, and spacious standalone relaxing home in the historic district.

You can access the backyard thru the fence and park in the back of the property for private parking.

This is a duplex. If booked, you are renting both units in a Victorian Duplex, the entire building. Well maintained with modern amenities.
