This cozy mountain studio sleeps 4 with 1 queen Murphy bed and one queen sleeper sofa that both conveniently fold away to maximize living space. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. Saints John Condominiums has an indoor hot tub, with sliding doors that open to the outdoors, which is ideal for soaking and relaxing after a long day of skiing, hiking, or shopping at the nearby shops.

The unit entryway has mounted hooks, plus additional storage for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. A high-end Murphy bed is located in the hallway, offering a quick and easy to setup for a comfortable night's sleep. Extra blankets and sheets are in a closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and updated appliances. The dining table seats four and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room doubles as a bedroom with a foldable room divider, featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the living area is a private balcony, offering serene views and comfortable outdoor furniture. The bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. For your convenience, an initial supply of toiletries is provided.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium-thick, high-quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest's arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

This location is in a perfect spot where you’re nearby other towns but also offers its own things to do in the area itself! Definitely recommend for your next vacation stay!

Great views and quiet spot

The listing made it seem like there was a separate room but it was more like a big studio. Views were nice. Could not figure out the fireplace or the ac but id stay here again lots of kitchen stuff which came in handy.

Father Son Keystone Trip

We booked the place for a father son ski trip (2 dads and 2 eleven year olds) and the place was perfect. Clean and updated with great proximity to restaurants and the main parking lot at Keystone. It was a little too cold to take advantage of the nice balcony with firepit and grill but the views were great and it was just enough space for 4 people to not feel like you are on top of each other. I was very impressed with the place and Keystone overall.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
