Very comfortable home, made an excellent base to explore this interesting area. There were a couple of small housekeeping issues, and owner Dorene took care of them promptly when notified.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house, with a nice kitchen. Awesome backyard. We played golf at the putting green. The patio was great to enjoy a bbq dinner and to sit and relax. The store is close so picking up groceries was easy. It’s close to Hwy 4, so easy to get to. But also very quiet for sleeping. Being able to park in a garage is a big plus. We look forward to our next visit.

We had such a great stay here! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care the hosts put into the home. It was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better—we loved being able to easily walk to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants without needing to drive everywhere. It made our trip so much more relaxing. This was one of those places that made traveling feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful getaway

A couple of times a year the four of us longtime friends get away for a weekend of exploring, cooking, drinking wine, and catching up with each other. This was an absolutely wonderful house and suited our needs perfectly! Communication was prompt, check-in was super easy, and we really appreciated the cook’s kitchen and high-end barbecue grill. Murphys was of course as charming as ever!
