Short walk to the south end beach entrance of Marco. Low rise, low density condo off Swallow Ave. First fl. end unit has all new furnishings to welcome your stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath large unit with lanai(approx. over 1200 sq.ft.). Easy access to the heated pool from your back lanai, and convenient parking spot at your front door. CAC and washer & dryer in unit makes living comfortable. Beach stuff is ready to roll in a wonder-wheelie with chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for a day and evening on the beautiful sandy beach down the block. If you prefer relaxing on a chaise and looking at the boats in the canal then this is possible too! Close to all the great things the island has to offer, yet located where you can enjoy the serenity at this location. If you like clean, and stylish…this is for you. (HOA application required-non refundable$150.00) No pets, smoking vaping. Prefer Seasonal, or 2 months stay.
