About this property

Bring your family for a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beaches, golf, volleyball, and other activities on this private island only a 20 minute boat ride from Everett marina.
House has a big yard with an extra bluff-lot across the road with a shed that stores outdoor supplies like hammock, camp chairs, games, etc.
The fire pit overlooks a 15-mile Southern view and is very fun to enjoy a bonfire with your friends & family.
