Spend refreshing evenings in the outdoor pool playing hoops, sunbathing on the poolside loungers, or simply chilling under the poolside tropical hut while taking in the marvelous views of the adjacent canal. The covered patio provides a fantastic spot to dine alfresco and play cards or board games.

Inside, the air-conditioned living room invites you to spread out comfortably and watch a fun show or movie on the large TV after an entertaining time in the pool. When mealtime comes, head to the well-appointed kitchen to prepare a delicious homemade meal for the crew. Cooking will be a breeze with all stainless steel appliances and everything you need. Additional perks include an EV car charging station in the garage and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
