Peaceful Palms

Overall things were very good, a few hick ups the first few days. When we arrived it looked as if no one had taken care of the pool for some time the water level was about 18 inches down, the deck around the pool was over run with weeds and tall grass. After multiple calls to management company things were resolved about two and half days without the pool, and my husband pulled all the grass and weeds. Grateful we were there for 7 weeks and not just a weeks since we would have lost three pool days. Otherwise things were great and we would stay there again the house is beautiful.

Great house but Vacasa fees are high

Spacious, open floor plan. Large pool deck. We have rented for more than 10 years and have NEVER had a damage/security fee not refunded, until renting through Vacasa. This home requires VRBO fee ($500), Vacasa booking fee ($484), and non-refundable damage fee ($182). Too many fees!

Relaxation to the Max

We enjoyed our vacation at this property immensely!! The house and lanai were clean and had all the necessities to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, beach chairs and towels were available. The sunny warm weather made the pool the focal point during the day......we had so much fun!

The size was great for our group of 9! The pool area was very well kept and the outside table was huge added bonus with 5 kids. The king bed was comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. The only complaint is the two queen beds, one was hard (but some like a firmer mattress) and the other needs replaced as it sank in the middle. The house was clean, well decorated and stocked well with dishwasher and laundry pods, garbage bags, towels, extra sheets and blankets, pool/beach toys, and chairs. To my surprise there was a pack and play and high chair which was great! The house is well maintained and a 4 min drive to super target for any of your needs. We had a great time and would definitely book again!!
