Resort amenities lacking
The condo was great and had no issues with housekeeping. However the resort amenities were piss poor at best. The pool/lazy river/hot tub water was always murky and had bugs and trash floating in it. The outdoor slides and pools were hardly open. The staff was extremely unfriendly. Another guest and myself asked the girl who was running the pool area where and what time does the bar open. She replied I don’t know that’s not my job. I told a manager what was said and he told me “they take a lot of crap from people”. Well that are in customer service. He had no consideration for the thought that everyone is on vacation from work where they get crapped on. If your not looking for amenities and just beach and room this is OK but the employees of Caribbean were probably the worst I’ve been around.
