First Floor:

*One additional child under 2 is allowed additionally to the 10-person maximum and may sleep in our provided pack-n-play with prior approval. We also provide a highchair.
Pets:
We welcome a maximum of two pets; however, prior approval is required, and there is an extra charge of $75 per pet. Pets must be secured in crates when you leave the home. We provide 1 crate and it is located in the garage. Bringing undisclosed pets into the property without approval from the Property Manager will result in a fine of $500 per pet. If any damages are incurred by animals, please report them to the property manager immediately. The cost of damage will be based on the severity but can be waived if the damage is disclosed before check-out.
Parking:
You are allowed to park a maximum of two vehicles on the premises. Parking on the street is NOT permitted. Please ensure that all vehicle, trailer, and RV parking is confined to the available space within the property. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a warning or towing of the vehicle.
Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 smoking fee and responsibility for covering any expenses associated with fire or property damage.
Quiet Hours:
Article 5 – Noise, Walton County Code of Ordinances, and potential civil infraction fines up to $500.00 and/or potential criminal offense violations between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Events:
Events are permitted with prior approval from the Property Manager. These events may include bachelorette parties, family gatherings, and birthdays. Unauthorized parties or events will be terminated, and a fine will be imposed. Please feel free to reach out for further clarification.
