Thanks for staying with us at this property and for providing this review. We do apologize for the inconvenience experienced with the inoperable washer/dryer. Please note that the third party company we hired had informed us the dryer was fixed as such our team was not aware it was still inoperable until you brought it to our attention. After making our own checks we found that it needed a part. We ordered the part immediately but it would not arrive until after you depart. Please note that due to them being a third party company we have no control of the delivery schedule. We do know how inconvenient it is to not have an operable washer and dryer for your stay and that is why we offered laundry service. Please note however that while we would have loved to offer this service daily we are not able to do so. We have made the necessary checks to ensure that the issue with the washer/dryer will not be forwent for future stays. We do apologize again for the inconvenience and do hope we can welcome you again soon for a much better vacation experience we know we can provided Regards, Benchmark Management

We apologize for any confusion regarding the nearby gated access points and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
