Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Near the Beach Bar hang out. We loved it. About a mile from the grocery store, food places, and outlet mall. Easy, fast communication with the owner.

The property was excellent for our family. Great location, pool right by our villa and a short walk to the beach. The inside was very spacious and decorated pretty! The only problem was the parking. We had part of our family that had to leave after work so that made 3 vehicles to park. The HOA will not allow you to use the extra parking spaces on the property so we had to take a car to a public parking lot. Only 2 spaces allowed per villa.

Water leak in the house with other damages to the property. Host was good with responding but was aware of how poor the property was and still decided to rent it out. Had to provide your own tissue. I feel as they charged way too much with all the things that were wrong.
