We had a lovely stay! The home was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed. It was a great location close to everything that we needed. The neighbor's dog barks a good bit, so just be ready for that. Otherwise, we had a perfect stay!! We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very kind and communicative!

Enjoyable and restful, close to downtown

We enjoyed a very restful stay at this delightful detached little house. It was nicely updated and very clean. Front porch with rocking chairs was our favorite place to relax. Only negative was that the neighbors dog would bark at night or other times during the day.

I enjoyed my 4 night stay with my 2 dogs. They enjoyed the yard and looking out the front windows. The farmhouse was clean and in order when I arrived. It even has a washer and dryer. I would suggest the owner purchases an inexpensive TV HD antenna so the living room TV can get local channels as well as other channels available OTA. Also, this is not the owners fault, but I had a hard time sleeping because the house next door on the right side has a dog that barks outside all night long. Would I stay here again? Yes I would, but I would come prepared with ear plugs. I almost called the police on the second night due to the barking dog. The location was great and convenient to 385. Everything you need is a short drive away.

Very happy for selecting this house for our SC visit. It was a great location to wandering around Fountain Inn and we loved the Mexican restaurant in town. Also easy access to main roads so very convenient to access surrounding towns. The yard while not large was perfect for my dog to run out after dark or for a rainy day for during our stay. The owners were easy and responsive to reach before and during the stay. I would definitely stay in this house again.

The upstate has so many things to offer and truly something for everyone: nature-lovers, sports-watchers, concert-goers, and kids of all ages. I love a good long walk especially with an iced americano in hand!
My husband and I are honored to host you in Fountain Inn. We've made our vacation rental clean, comfortable, and charming for our guests.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is special because it is one of downtown Fountain Inn's original neighborhoods! We love how close it is to Fountain Inn Mill, the farmer's market on Saturdays, and Main Street with its shops and events. You should see Fountain Inn on Halloween and at Christmastime!

This home is a sweet combination of the charm of an older mill house and the modernity of fresh renovations and decor. We've kept it simple, cozy, and inviting!
