Why they chose this property

Scenery in every direction you look is relaxing and invigorating at the same time: ocean, trees, hills, golf course -- nature's beauty, manicured landscapes, and high-quality architecture. I often bring my bicycles: great especially for nearby UC Irvine. Take a short drive south to Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Or north to Balboa Island/Peninsula, Fashion Island Mall, and Huntington Beach. Last January we followed a gray whale 9 miles along the coast on a boat tour. Take the ferry from Newport Beach to Catalina Island. You're only a half hour from Interstate 5, so your choices are endless. Disneyland is a popular destination for guests at these luxury Marriott villas.
