About this property

Fun large historic townhome, perfect for families & groups! + free parking!

Experience Washington DC like a local; stay at this conveniently-located traditional row home in Northeast DC. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with a basement suite- has plenty of room for a family or group of friends to feel right at home. Enjoy a morning coffee on the screened-in porch, a book in the cozy living room, or a delicious snack at the breakfast bar. You'll find lots of fun artistic pieces in the home, in addition to a number of fun games (poker anyone?) to enjoy with your fellow guests. This home is located within 1 mile of Union Market - a local favorite food hall - the National Arboretum, and the H Street Corridor, and just 2 miles from the Capitol, getting around the District will be a breeze. In addition, there is a grocery store and train station within walking distance, making getting around the city that much easier.
Guest will find that while the location is central you will also experience the ease and tranquility of a residential neighborhood (the best of both worlds!) In addition, free on street parking is available in front of the home, as well as fenced in and covered parking in the back- which means you can bring two cars if you like! We'd love to host you in our home.

RI Corridor Crème de la Crème
This is such an adorable property. Everything is immaculate, and the details are fun. From the comfortable couch in the basement living room, to the wall map that let’s you see where other guests have travelled from (or to include your country), and the sky lights that create a bright, cheerful ambiance on the upper floor, it is obvious Trish has put a lot of work into the property. The area is great, and I was astounded at the level of activities available in the neighborhood. There is an Alamo Drafthouse, and an exhibition hall in walking distance. I googled, and the Monet experience, Van Gogh experience, and Dinos Alive are available right now. Tutukaman is coming in May. It is an easy walk to the Rhode Island Metro. There are a lot of nearby restaurants. It is a very dynamic area.
