This private studio just east of Olde Town Arvada has off-street parking and a large pet-friendly yard.
Perfect for remote workers, with 2 workspaces with USB cubes, and fast WiFi.
Full kitchen and bath.
Shares patio and yard area with other guests.

⍋ 1/2 mile from from Olde Town Arvada & Light-rail G Line.
⍋ 20-30 minutes to Red Rocks
⍋ 30-45 minutes to Boulder
⍋ 1 hr to Ski country

Check out only means locking the door. My cleaners will take care of everything when you leave!

Studio space includes TV/couch area with articulating coffee table, a large window and a king-sized bed, full closet, and full bathroom.

Kitchen area is fully stocked for cooking with an electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Washer/dryer included in unit.
Private patio area on the front of building, within a pet-friendly yard.

Parking is available in the driveway, with a secure gate.
Easy access for Lyft/Uber, or a few blocks walk to the bus.

The yard is shared with another property, and fenced; the yard is not likely secure for an unattended pet.
*ALL outdoor pets must be on leash while on the property

A nightmare! Stay away from this place & it's owner. Was in Denver for an annual business trip & liked the photos of this place. Unfortunately, the place was dirty, cockroaches, dead bugs, peeling paint on kitchen ceiling, unbelievably lumpy couch & pillows, hair covered upholstery. I should have paid more attention to it only having one review. Host did not reply to problems for 10 hours & then suggested I was doing drugs or affected by altitude & refuted & refused & blamed. Did not feel safe or sane engaging with her. Had some good folks at VRBO try to help me every day for over a week to come to some resolution. Ended up having to do a chargeback. Horrible experience all the way around.
