We were a couple staying a few nights here, IT IS AN RV, EXPECT SMALL RV LIVING, shower shared with toilet but curtain draw to seperate it alittle bit, the bathroom drain may seem like it isnt drainging but it is(if it doesnt after you turn off the water MESSAGE DEYVIS) our water was too hot at first with great pressure, we kindly asked if he could adjust it, he got back with us immediately, pressure wasnt enough, we asked to adjust it again and he did so JUST TALK TO DEYVIS), (5'5 &5'7) bed fit us both NO KITCKEN SINK but you use the hand sink to wash and rinse things, a few gnats but i informed the owner, has lots of accommodations(mini fridge, freezer, microwave, and hot plate) tv, and side patio area, good security but had alittle trouble with the RV lock, but just be patient with it. VERY HUMBLE RV living

Communication was top notch! Host answered any questions I had about my stay and the property within minutes. The tiny home was perfect for me and had everything I needed for my stay. I stayed 5 days and it was very secure, a great central location for me to travel as I wanted, and just 1 mile from my daughter’s house so I could pop in and visit her when I wanted. I would definitely book a stay again th next time I come to Denver!

The place is exactly like the pictures, small and adorable. The bed is comfy, and the water pressure is good. The cooler keeps it the place a nice temperature. It was perfect for our 1 night stay.
