Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.

Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment.

Great place!

This was our second visit to the carriage house. We love having a kitchen, the natural light, the amazing shower, and the proximity to downtown Lafayette and its restaurants and shops. The only challenge for us is our different waking/sleeping schedules, but we made it work.

Great location, fantastic rental!

Absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness of the place! The kitchen was also well-stocked if you want the option to make your own meals. The location is a short walk away from the historic district with incredible restaurants, so we hardly moved our car. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to Boulder and Denver but also have the opportunity to explore Lafayette! We loved it, and would happily stay here again :)

The most adorable carriage house. So cozy, and perfect. The kitchen was very handy and what a beautiful countertop! Loved the bathroom and laundry set up. Mark, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The recommendations regarding restaurants and coffee were great!

Loving the Lafayette Loft

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Everything about the apartment, the location and the check-in experience were outstanding. We live in Miami and have very dear friends who live just down the street from this apartment. We will definitely look to book it on our next visit!

It was modern with touches of vintage furniture pieces. Spacious, clean, light, airy, quite and a bath room with a large walk-in shower. The bonus was the washer & dryer! Very close to restaurants, pubs & and an open space trail. I highly recommend!

This was located in a beautiful spot and very convenient. There were plenty of shops, grocery stores and gas stations near the home. Mark was incredible as well as he cleared the path after it snowed all day and night! Highly recommend and I will be back!

Lafayette Carriage House

Property itself is very nice, but the furniture is quite worn/old except for bed which was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen is great with mostly new/updated appliances, stocked with some basics like condiments, leftover coffee, etc. The immediate area is not the best and it is certainly average. There is a schoolyard next door, and a very busy street just 100 feet away. The noise was not a significant issue however. I would not call this a "historic area" although it is close enough to walk to one. Overall, given the relatively low cost per night, it is good value.
