This is a shared residence, not an entire residence like the listing shows. There were two spoons and 4 forks for silverware. Very limited cookware. About 8:45 on the night of our stay, the garage door opened and people came into the garage to go to their basement rental. The walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear every conversation they had. If it wouldn’t have been so late, we would have left and went to a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The house was great clean and everything worked. The main issue I had arise on my stay was noise from people in the basement suite. This was not detailed in the listing that the home would be shared with the basement suite as it is also rented out to people. The people that rented it were up late at night and had many people over making for restless night. Even the TV being on downstairs was loud from the bedroom I was sleeping in. Just be aware of when booking that you could be paired with some noisy neighbors.

We booked this property because the listing said “Entire Home.” When we arrived at 10:00 p.m. after a 15 hour drive, we discovered it was actually a shared property with an occupied basement unit. We never book shared units because we do not want to deal with noise from neighbors, so this was very disappointing.The unit was also cold when we arrived. The thermostat read 64 degrees and was set to “cool,” but there was a lock box on it so we could not adjust the temperature. It was in the 30s outside, so heat would have been appreciated. I messaged the owner and received no response.The noise was another major issue. We could clearly hear the downstairs guests laughing, yelling, and screaming until around 1:00 a.m., then woke up again to loud packing noises around 7:30 a.m. It honestly sounded like they were in the room with us.When the owner finally responded, he insisted the thermostat reading was the outside temperature (even though it was 63 inside and 38 outside) and he blamed me for not reading the listing carefully, claiming it clearly stated the property was shared. I had screenshots of the full listing showing it did not say that anywhere. When I asked for proof, he sent a screenshot from the owner editing page showing where he was actively changing the listing to add that it was shared.The property itself matched the photos, but because of the misleading listing, locked thermostat, noise, and rude owner, I would not stay here again.

This is a SHARED residence, which is not disclosed in the listing. Please read this full review to understand our experience.Upon arrival, the property was clean and we initially had no concerns. We received a note advising us not to park in front of the garage. However, after my husband and I left briefly to pick up groceries, we returned to find that strangers were staying in the basement of the home—accessing it through the garage we had been told not to park in front of. This was never communicated prior to booking. Had we known the space was shared, we would not have chosen this rental—especially considering we had left our teenagers there alone for half an hour.While the home itself was generally clean and tidy, there were several large holes in the drywall throughout the house, which impacted the overall condition and feel of the space.Additionally, at one point, potential buyers came onto the property to view a camper/pod in the backyard at the direction of the owner. Again, this may not have been an issue with proper communication, but we were not notified in advance.For the price, the value was acceptable. However, the lack of transparency and communication—particularly regarding the shared nature of the property—raises serious safety concerns, especially from a parent’s perspective.

Not an enjoyable experience at all. Prior to our stay I specifically asked if there would be room for 2 trucks and a trailer and was told yes. Day of check in we are sent a list of things to know and one of the items listed states parking in front of the garage is not allowed which was extremely stressful. The home is clean but not equipped for a stay longer than over night at all. Glasses were dirty. No tv in common area. Lots of rules posted all over the home but no check out instructions To top it off listing specifically says up to 3 dogs allowed if under 50 pounds. We were charged immediately after leaving for having more than 1 dog. I requested the charge be removed got no response. I do not recommend
