This home was perfect for our long weekend in Denver! I stayed with my 2 kids (4 and 6) and the outdoor space was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. We will definitely book again next time we visit!

Host was welcoming and very responsive. The house was clean and well maintained, and the yard was very nice for our ankle biter.The water pressure was low in the bathroom sink, and could hear the guests that were downstairs.We would stay again and do recommend.

Amazing House

This is a SHARED residence, which is not disclosed in the listing. Please read this full review to understand our experience.Upon arrival, the property was clean and we initially had no concerns. We received a note advising us not to park in front of the garage. However, after my husband and I left briefly to pick up groceries, we returned to find that strangers were staying in the basement of the home—accessing it through the garage we had been told not to park in front of. This was never communicated prior to booking. Had we known the space was shared, we would not have chosen this rental—especially considering we had left our teenagers there alone for half an hour.While the home itself was generally clean and tidy, there were several large holes in the drywall throughout the house, which impacted the overall condition and feel of the space.Additionally, at one point, potential buyers came onto the property to view a camper/pod in the backyard at the direction of the owner. Again, this may not have been an issue with proper communication, but we were not notified in advance.For the price, the value was acceptable. However, the lack of transparency and communication—particularly regarding the shared nature of the property—raises serious safety concerns, especially from a parent’s perspective.

Beds are very uncomfortable. No window covering on the slider, in the great room, is a privacy issue. No dishcloths or dish towels. Very little silverware. Second bathroom is really a half bath tub/toilet with a utility sink, in the laundry room. Sleeps six but only 4 bath towels for entire house. Not very well stocked, for an extended stay.

Not an enjoyable experience at all. Prior to our stay I specifically asked if there would be room for 2 trucks and a trailer and was told yes. Day of check in we are sent a list of things to know and one of the items listed states parking in front of the garage is not allowed which was extremely stressful. The home is clean but not equipped for a stay longer than over night at all. Glasses were dirty. No tv in common area. Lots of rules posted all over the home but no check out instructions To top it off listing specifically says up to 3 dogs allowed if under 50 pounds. We were charged immediately after leaving for having more than 1 dog. I requested the charge be removed got no response. I do not recommend
