The house was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was perfect! Ver modern but with a southwest feel! Only a twelve minute drive to downtown moab. If you want a beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood, this is it!
We arrived after dark and had a little difficulty finding it, but once we figured out the street system we found it. It was absolutely perfect. We were only able to stay one night, but wished we could have spent more time there. It was exactly as described, if not better. I would highly recommend this home.

Lovely place with some oddities
Overall, we really enjoyed the location of the property and how close it was to all of the activities we wanted to do.
The space was, overall fairly clean, the hot tub was great as well. We did encounter a few minor thing however; there was black hair clumps in the shower drain, and the floor mats were wet when we first got, in which made me think that the shower was just used and not properly cleaned out.
The space had a funny smell, like someone attempted to clean the oven, but didn't finish it. The oven was also really really dirty on the inside, so we opted not to use it. Placement of items (hand soap, towels etc.) were confusing and the toiletries were so small that it felt like we were using too much plastic, and we ran out of body wash super quickly.
The outlets in the garage and master bathroom did not work for some reason, and as we were checking out the garage stopped closing all the way, causing some timely workarounds (thankfully they had a ladder in the garage.)
I would stay in this location again, but probably not the same unit.
We have stayed in this complex before and this property was similar to another we stayed in, but better stocked with kitchen supplies. The private hot tub was perfect for soaking after long days biking and hiking. We had to call the property manager because the hot tub was murky on the 2nd day and they were quick to respond and add more chemicals. Would definitely come back.
We rented this place for 2 nights, as our family of 6 was visiting Moab. It was about 15-20 minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park. It is this nice village of condos. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. We went to the pool one of the mornings, and was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The pool was nice and kept up. It was nice to speak with other people at the pool, and everybody we spoke to enjoyed the neighborhood. The condo was nice and spacious. Plenty of pictures of the national park thoughout the condo. The view outside the condo was scenic, as there were mountains to the east, and the huge wall of red rock to the west. The only issue we had was that the gas grill tank was empty (at least there is a gas station 3 minutes away from the place to get it exchanged). Would definitely stay there again, as Moab was a fantastic place.
House itself is simple and nice. When we came we found no hot water. “After hours” phone led to a full voice mail. Email didn’t help either so is driving to the actual office. Day after manage to catch him. With on minutes two really nice maintenance guys shied up. Very sympathetic and very not surprised. Took another 24 hours to fix a known problem.
Communication with the office is next to impossible.
Price wise, we ended almost in a double price as the hidden fees are crazy. From admins feed to adeministraive fees…. Be aware
Overall, 2 our 3 days without hot water, almost a day without water at all (they had to shut it down). Extremely hard to communicate. Nice place but not recommended.
We enjoyed the hot tub and the clean house. The dryer didn’t work when we got there. The management group had a service tech out there that day and left a loaner dryer for use while waiting on the part for the other one. That was wonderful! They definitely didn’t have to do that.
We had a great time in Moab and the property did not disappoint. I suppose my only "complaint" would be the strength of the cleaner used was overpowering for the first few days (like headache inducing) and the floors and counters were sticky because of the cleaner. After the smell wore off, it was much more pleasant. Other than this, it was perfect for our needs and we had so much fun.
We loved how close to town we were. This was our first trip to Moab and everything was right there! The property was clean. There were only three of us so we had enough towels but there were not a lot of extras. As others have pointed out the hot tub cover needs fixing. Overall can’t wait to go back!

Location was great
We liked the location, street parking was a bit tight so thankfully the garage gave us the space we needed. When arrived there was dog feces on the patio. The home was overall clean, but we noticed many items needing repair; the hot tub top, the master bedroom door doesn't latch, the bedding is tearing.... For a home with a hot tub there wasn't nearly enough towels provided (had we known we would have brought our own). We couldn't find sheets for the fold out bed in the living room. For the price, we would have expected the home in better condition. We super appreciated the local magazines on the coffee table. The home was the perfect size for a quick vacation.
We stayed for a couple nights in the off-season. It was really nice to be there without all the crowds. The place was great, we didn’t have any issues.
Awesome place this was our 4th time staying in this unit
Our 4th time stay note hot tub needs new cover and assist bars along with latches we had to use a cooler to keep it closed. Also we really miss the propane fire pit that used to be there. These are rentals I understand. This is not a negative comment just a shout out for things I have seen from our first stay. One of the best Moab rentals we have stayed in. We do 5-8 main visits a year and if this one is available we always get it.
We loved our time here, hanging in the wonderful private hot tub, enjoying the comfy couches and great kitchen to cook in. A perfect home base for all your Moab adventures!
This place was great with plenty of (comfortable) beds for my family. Being able to use the large garage was a bonus! It was a little challenging to find so I would recommend getting some details ahead of time as google maps were not no help. The patio with the hot tub and fire pit was an excellent evening hang out! Would definitely stay here again :)
