If you're looking for the perfect house to enjoy a getaway in Vermont, look no further than this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on 3.5 acres surrounded by woods and minutes from accessing local trails for hiking, skiing (Killington/Pico Mountains), snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling on the VAST Trails and kayaking (Plymouth & Chittenden).
Inside this home, there are three floors of living space. The main level is an open floor plan with vaulted and large floor-to-ceiling windows to give you plenty of natural light. Large Kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, living room, and a full bathroom. Moving to the upper level there is a loft with a space to relax and read a book on the sofa, there are also two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level offers two bedrooms, a family room with a fully plumbed bar for entertainment, and a large L-shaped sofa where you can enjoy some board games or movies on the big-screen TV. The house also has a crib and mattress; it's in the closet in the upstairs back bedroom.
After a long day of fun winter activities, you can relax on the back deck or sit around the fire pit and reflect on the memories you made with your family and friends.
Please Note: There are outside security cameras on the front and back of the home.
