The cutest little sanctuary located in Pickwick! The couch is a pull out and can sleep 2 additional people. Its private and conveniently located by the state park, 10 mins from the Outpost, 5 mins from Freddy T's, 1 min from Mexican restaurant. Plenty of parking for your boat or guests.
