With a commercial elevator connecting all three levels, accessibility is seamlessly integrated into the design. Within the spacious interior, the in-floor heating system ensures warmth and comfort at every step, with individual room controls catering to individual preferences. There are 4 designated parking spots on a heated driveway, complete with a Tesla EV charger. Indulge in the indoor sauna and steam room that helps you unwind and rejuvenate after a day on the slopes. For ultimate relaxation, step outside to the inviting outdoor hot tub, accommodating up to eight people, where you can soak in the view of Baldy Mountain from the backyard.

The Great Room & Kitchen

The functionality is elevated further with wine storage, a double dishwasher, an oversized fridge/freezer, a pebble ice machine, and a luxury espresso machine. The Historic Barn & Mudroom
Beyond the office area is the Historic Barn and Mudroom. Originally built in the mid-1800s, this barn has been refurbished and repurposed as the large house entrance that is spacious and designed to transition from Mountain Sports. Each meticulously curated room offers a one-of-a-kind experience, with bold and eye-catching wallpaper designs that bring life to the space. The use of vibrant colors and intricate patterns makes every room a work of art in its own right. The focal point of each bedroom is the king-sized bed, promising a peaceful night's rest. For your convenience, a Smart TV, dresser, and closet are provided in each room, allowing you to unpack and settle in comfortably. The Loft
The loft's entrance is a spiral staircase from the second floor. As you ascend the spiral staircase, you'll find yourself in a space that's both cozy and versatile. The highlight of this loft is the presence of six comfortable twin beds, Large Smart TV and seating. With its charming and distinctive access via the spiral staircase, the loft becomes a hidden treasure within the property, offering a sense of seclusion and exclusivity.

The Recreation Room
The historic barn's hidden gem is the recreation room, a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Located on the lower level, this space is the ultimate retreat for guests seeking a blend of leisure, excitement, and relaxation. As you step into the recreation room, you are welcomed by an oversized, inviting couch. This couch is the perfect spot to gather, socialize, or simply bask in the cozy ambiance of the room. The recreation room also offers a range of entertaining options. Challenge your friends or family to a game of shuffleboard, foosball or to one of the classic arcade games. Historic Brown is Simply Amazing
From the easy communications, to the unbelievable amenities (sauna, spa, hot tub, comfortable beds, poker chips and table, video games, boot warmer and 100 more I could mention) to the ridiculously convenient location, the Historic Brown is simply one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in (ski town or otherwise). Enjoyed so much, I have booked for next year already! A special, gorgeously renovated home that is perfect for any group.

Perfect Ski Location for Large Group
First of all, this entire house was amazing. We very comfortably slept 15 people (8 parents with 7 late teenage boys) in this house with room to spare. The house has four levels to spread out so we never felt like we were crowded at all. The main floor is very spacious and all appliances are high-end. They have thought of everything in this place! There are so many nice additions the owners provide that most VRBO rentals do not (ie. tons of Charmin toilet paper, extra paper towels, tissues, trash bags, dish soap, lots of spices in the spice rack, etc.). Having three sets of washers and dryers was so great to have with so many people. The ski locker room was very spacious and SO NICE to have to store all of our ski stuff. The boys absolutely loved the game room/theater in the basement, poker table and the sauna/steam rooms. The owners truly did a fantastic job including everything you could possibly need (and more) in this house! We all would definitely stay here again....and the history of the house is very interesting too!!!

Perfect location - incredible amenities!
We booked this home for the location, amenities and number of families that could stay in it together. It was absolutely perfect in the proximity to town and the number of bedrooms we needed. We enjoyed the main level where all the family could have a meal together, cook together and watch tv together. The kids loved the basement area and the games! The outdoor space was incredible with the snow falling each day and the hot tub was awesome to come home to after a long day skiing. Knowing the history of this location and the ability to be able to be in town in 3 minutes was great! We loved the home and can't wait to come back! The owner did a great job with the finishes - very high end. We can't wait to see you next year!

Thank you so much for creating a warm and welcoming home away from home. Our staff totally loved being in the space. From the Rec Room to the loft, you created an environment that made our staff relax and feel at home. And we were more productive in conducting our business. Thank you so much for sending your dad Jim over to fix my toilet. I knew I didn’t see the chain but, didn’t want to make more damage to the toilet. I have already spread the word about your beautiful mansion and hope to come back for more than one night.

Spectacular Historic Home Downtown Breckenridge
Words cannot describe the beauty and comfort of this totally renovated home. It is so awesome to stay in a place you know has original components from the mid-1800’s, but all the modern amenities of the 2020’s! The owners have done and thought of everything, from the oxygen enhanced system, making your sleeping seamless when coming up to altitude, to the tiny details of brass plates tagging the drawers in the kitchen so you know where everything you could possibly need, is located. We were one of their first guests, and they could not have been more helpful or welcoming! We loved being able to walk into town in two minutes!
